LED CTRL SX4

LED CTRL SX4

The SX4 Sub-Controller is used in conjunction with the MX96 Master and receives X-data through a standard Ethernet cable with an RJ45 connector. It converts the X-data into SPI pixel data, supporting a wide variety of SPI protocols.

The SX Sub-Controllers offer a multitude of configuration options.

  • Configurable RGB/W Order
  • Gamma Correction
  • Clock Speed Adjustment
  • Test Mode
  • None (Reads Live Data)
  • RGBW Cycle
  • Select Colours (Red / Green / Blue / White)
  • Select Custom Colour
  • Colour Fade
  • Start Universe and Start Channels
  • Number of Pixels / Output
  • ZigZag Patch
  • Pixel Buddying (Pixel Groups)
  • Set Global Intensity Levels at Controller Level

Each SX4 Sub-Controller has two pixel data outputs. In this mode, a maximum of 1,536 channels is available per output (6,144 channels in total). This mode allows control of all pixel protocols, either with or without a clock signal.

Another important feature are the fuses at each output, providing safety in the LED power network.
